In the Private Area, there are various functionalities:
Account: Page to complete or update your company data
Dealer News: Page to read our latest updates for dealers
Documents: In this section, you will find all helpful material such as Price List, Marketing Kit, catalogue, etc.
Forms submitted to Aria: You will find all the configurations sent to Aria over time
Repair Request: You can send a Repair Request by filling in the form in this section, describing the problems and attaching clear and detailed pictures of the product
Spare Part Request: You can send a Spare Part Request by referring to the SPARE PARTS file available on the page, then you must indicate the items and the quantity in the form
Password update: In case you need to update your password
Products Ready for Delivery: On this page, you can find new and ex-demo wheelchairs available for delivery at a convenient price
Schedule a Meeting: You can also find a button to book a meeting with our sales team
HOW TO PLACE YOUR FIRST ORDER
When your Dealer Account is approved, you can operate by viewing all the prices on the configurator, and you can submit your configurations for a quote.
Each Aria product page features its specific configurator that allows you to set up the products starting from their standard configuration.
You can edit or insert all entries in the configurator according to the sizes and requests of the end user.
Please pay attention to the measurements marked "Not adjustable after-sale" and the items that present the Information button.
As you fill out the form, the final price and wheelchair width will update instantly.
(Note: Only users with a registered Dealer Account can access the price information.)

During the whole compilation of the configurator, you can check the selections made, the prices, the width of the wheelchair and the manufacturer's suggested retail price on the CONFIGURATION OVERVIEW in the drop-down list to the right of the screen.

In this summary, there is a COPY button. Clicking it will automatically copy the entire configuration, allowing you to paste it into another document file for saving or sharing the configuration.

COMPLETE THE ORDER WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Once you have completed all the entries of the configurator, you can insert additional information, such as the Custom order ID (useful to research your configurations on your Orders page) or any further requests in the "Note" section.
The Contact person name is required to send the configuration successfully.

In the end, fill in the end-user information: if you don't insert the customer information, the order request can't be submitted.
Finally, read and accept the Terms and Conditions and submit the form.

SAVE AS DRAFT OPTION
You can also save a configuration as a DRAFT by checking the related box.
The configuration as a draft will remain saved on your account and it will not be shared with the Aria Wheels staff for a quotation.
You can recover your Draft Configuration on the Form Submitted to Aria page.

You can use this option if you are unsure about a few configuration parameters. If you have multiple parameters to change, it's better to create a new configuration.
Please note that a configuration saved as a draft cannot be changed.
You can submit the configuration as a draft by clicking the 'Approve Order' button in the configuration overview.
In this way, we'll receive the configuration to make a quotation.

When you click the "Approve the order" button, a window appears to insert additional notes regarding any changes needed for this configuration.

VERIFY THE CORRECTNESS OF YOUR ORDER
A few seconds after submitting a configuration, you will receive an email confirming that the request has been received.
In this email, you will find a link to the configuration overview.
In the configuration overview, you'll find:
The Status of your Order: request pending quote, quote pending confirmation, in production, and shipped
Order details: unique configuration ID, creation date, forms revision, quantity, localization
End user information: name, email, phone number, country, city
Dealer information: dealer account name, contact person name, your personal customer order ID, dealer company name, coupon code
WAIT FOR THE OFFICIAL QUOTATION
You will receive the official quotation for your configuration a few days later.
Please note that you won't receive any quotation if a configuration has been saved as a DRAFT.
HOW TO SEND A REPAIR REQUEST
From this page, you can send a Repair Request (under warranty or not) for an Aria product.
Fill out the form below and attach clear and detailed photos of the problem.
Your claim will be analysed and you will receive confirmation whether it is covered by warranty or not at the e-mail address indicated in the form.
Arrange the return of a wheelchair to the Aria production dept by sending an e-mail to customercare@ariawheels.com
In the form, you must insert:
Applicant data:
Your Company Name
The name of the Contact Person who is sending the request
E-mail of the Contact Person who is sending the request
Phone number of the Contact person who is sending the request
Internal Customer Order ID (in case you need to specify your internal reference)
Product Data
Enter product model
Serial Number of the product (check the label under the wheelchair seat or in the shell beneath the backrest cushion)
Enter the invoice number and add the date (this information will help determine if the repair is covered under warranty)
Problem Description: Provide a detailed account of the problem encountered
Specify what you think may have caused the problem
Insert pictures or videos to illustrate the problem
In case of shipment, indicate the address of the recipient (if not, we'll use the address of your company)
After you submit the request, you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of your request. Following that, our customer care team will contact you via email to arrange the repair process.
