
DASHBOARD AND FEATURES OF THE PRIVATE AREA

In the Private Area, there are various functionalities:
Account: Page to complete or update your company data
Dealer News: Page to read our latest updates for dealers
Documents: In this section, you will find all helpful material such as Price List, Marketing Kit, catalogue, etc.
Forms submitted to Aria: You will find all the configurations sent to Aria over time
Repair Request: You can send a Repair Request by filling in the form in this section, describing the problems and attaching clear and detailed pictures of the product
Spare Part Request: You can send a Spare Part Request by referring to the SPARE PARTS file available on the page, then you must indicate the items and the quantity in the form
Password update: In case you need to update your password
PLACE YOUR FIRST ORDER
Now you can operate as a Dealer by viewing all the prices on the configurator, and you can submit your configurations for a quote. Each Aria product page features its own configurator that allows you to set up the products in their standard configuration.
Be careful to edit or insert all entries in the configurator according to the sizes and requests of the end user.
Pay attention to the measurements marked "Not adjustable after-sale" and the items that present the Information button.
By completing the form, you will notice that the final price and the width of the wheelchair will be updated instantly: only dealers have access to this information.

During the whole compilation of the configurator, you can check the selections made, the prices, the width of the wheelchair and the manufacturer's suggested retail price on the CONFIGURATION OVERVIEW in the drop-down list to the right of the screen.

In this summary, there is a COPY button: clicking it with the mouse left button will automatically copy the whole configuration and all you have to do is open a Word page and click the Paste option from the right mouse button to have all the configuration easily transcribed.

COMPLETE THE ORDER WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Once you have completed all the entries of the configurator, you can insert additional information, such as the Custom order ID (useful to research your configurations on your Orders page) or any further requests in the "Note" section. The Contact name person is required to send successfully the configuration.

Note that you can also save a configuration as a DRAFT by validating the related box. The configuration saved as a draft is only a personal reference. It will not be shared with the Aria Wheels staff and no quotation will follow, but it will be visible on your Form Submit page.

You can use this option if, for example, you are not sure about the measurements or if your customer is not convinced about some choice. You can send him the draft (using the public link) and wait for his confirmation.
A configuration saved as a draft cannot be changed. You can confirm a draft and turn it into a request to Aria via the 'Approve Order' button in the configuration overview. This way, it will not be necessary to recompile the configurator with the customer's choices in case NO changes need to be made to the selections made. Should there be any changes to be made, it will be necessary to recompile the configuration of the product page.

In the end, fill in the end-user information: if you don't insert the customer information, the order request can't be submitted. These essential details help us to identify the orders we receive.
Finally, read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and submit the form.

VERIFY THE CORRECTNESS OF YOUR ORDER
A few seconds after submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming that the order request has been received.
In this email, you will find a link that will take you directly to the summary of the configuration you have just sent. You can find this document also in the ORDERS page of your account.
Within the report of each configuration sent or the draft saved, you will find the prices of all selected extras and the final price of the configuration.
WAIT FOR THE OFFICIAL QUOTATION
After this, you will receive the official quotation for your configuration sent in a couple of days.
Will not follow any quotation if a configuration has been saved as DRAFT.
REPAIR REQUEST
From this page, you can send a Repair Request (under warranty or not) for an Aria product.
Fill out the form below and attach clear and detailed photos of the problem.
Your claim will be analysed and you will receive confirmation whether it is covered by warranty or not at the e-mail address indicated in the form.
